Terms of Use

These terms cover the Snapik app and the getsnapik.com website. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to support@getsnapik.com.

Who we are

Snapik is made by Mykyta Yefimov, an individual based in Spain (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@getsnapik.com.

Free trial

You can use Snapik free for 7 days with every feature, without a card or an account. After the trial you need a license to keep using it.

Purchase and payment

A Snapik license is a one-time purchase of €19, VAT included. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax, and its buyer terms apply to the payment. After payment you receive a license key by email.

License

The license is personal and does not expire. You can use Snapik on your own computers. Please don’t share, resell or publish your license key, and don’t redistribute or modify the app. Updates we release for Snapik are included at no extra cost.

Refunds

If Snapik doesn’t work for you, write to support@getsnapik.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Your content

The screenshots, marks and notes you create stay on your computer. We don’t receive them and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for what you capture and where you paste it.

Warranty and liability

We work to keep Snapik reliable, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it fits every setup or never fails. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Snapik. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Changes never take away a license you have already bought.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
